Asian elephant named Tuss, who is the beloved and sweet-natured resident of the Bronx Zoo, New York, was put to sleep on Thursday after heavy-hearted zoo officials decided she was too old. Tuss, who was seen regularly by millions of children on TV show "Sesame Street," was estimated to be 48 year old, which is equivalent of 77 in human years.
